The problem or solution? This Newcastle United headache for Jaissle is no easy fix

Newcastle United have a dilemma - what to do with Lewis Miley? He is so good at right-back, and may be a future defender, but they already have two excellent ones.

Lewis Miley’s performance at right back certainly give Matthias Jaissle a selection issue, when others are fully fit.

Can the problem for Newcastle United, also be a solution? That’s the dilemma facing head coach Matthias Jaissle right now.

This summer Jaissle added the second most expensive right back in the world - in the last window - to his ranks in Amar Dedic, and had England international Tino Livramento on the books. The last thing you’d think he needs right now is another right-back, right?

But in Lewis Miley, the Magpies might well have one just as good as the two just mentioned.

It’s not a disaster of a problem for Jaissle, but it’s certainly one worth considering, especially with Miley’s best performances in black and white coming from the right. It’s a conundrum discussed on Inside NUFC YouTube.
